How to store steel reinforcement in a construction site to avoid rusting

The following are conditions to be considered when storing reinforcement in construction site. 

These are as follows; 

a) select a place where there is no accumulation of water.

Select a place that becomes dry as soon as as possible when exposed to moistures. Consider a picture below, 

b). Select a raised place.

So as to allow easy removal of water when come in contact with steel.

c). Place reiforcement in supports
